I used to have a really flat and strong stomach but over the years i’ve been putting on quite a bit of fat on my stomach. As a dancer I do need to have a strong stomach so I was wondering if anyone has any workouts or exercises etc that burn off fat and help my stomach area. Also any ideas on specific foods which are good and healthy to burn off fat would also be welcome. Thankyou.

Look I don’t care about looking like Mr. Universe but my metabolism has slowed sown a bit since I got passed 35 and I got a little belly fat. How can I lose it without killing myself?

I am really self-conscious about this and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me. I need to know how many situps I need to do and how often I need to do them. Also, if this is not the right kind of exercise for a flat tummy, please tell me what else should I do? I don’t have any money so I can’t buy exercise equipment. Thanks for your help!

I am 24 &I had an operation last Sept to repair my duodenum (small bowel) & now have a vertical scar through my stomach, I went from 8 stone to 10 and half and really want my flat tummy back! Help!!!!

I want get flat stomach within this summer…My college will get open end of this august and i don’t want to be laughing stock in my class..

Hello! I am wondering – my bust/waist/hip measurements are in line with what I want, but I want to lose the fat below where I measure my waist. I know spot training is impossible, but how is it possible to lose belly fat and keep your curves? Currently, I’m eating well and doing aerobic workouts.

I am ten pounds overweight because of my belly fat. I am 13. I weigh 110 pounds. My Doctor said that If i don’t lose the fat he will send me to a after school special program for losing weight.
And can you tell me good exercises and what foods not to eat

I’m 15 and eat right mostly lol. But how many crunches would you have to do a night to get a super flat tummy? Just think some improvement could do some good. Any suggestions on how many to do? I used to try 300 a night but than i lowered it to 200 because I also go to a gym after school 5 days a week. Just wondering? Hope you can fill me in! :)

Foods to help keep my stomach flat.

I run for 30 minutes and do 4 sets of 20 crunchies everyday. Everry week I increase my crunchies by 1 per set. How many do I have to do to get a flat stomach, you think?

I have a good body and everything is perfect. The only thing is that I have fat on my belly amd i want to get rid of it!! Can someone help me??

Im trying to loose weight by jump roping, Im jump roping for about 15 minutes. 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minute in the evening. I usually do 200 jumps for 15 minutes. (50 jumps 1 minute break for stretching) How long would it take me to lose at least 30 lbs. My guess is about 3 months?

I have a little "pouch" of fat on my lower stomach. When I flex my stomach it is completely hard except for the lower stomach part. I am 5′6 and about 125 pounds, I don’t think that is overweight, but I just don’t want to have a non-flat stomach when I wear a bikini.

I suffered from Anorexia,Bulimia and Exercise Bulimia..I’m 5"2" and weigh 45 kilograms,I am 8 kilograms underweight! my spinal cord sticks out,my hip bones stick out
and my ribs,but i have a problem with my stomach! its still a bit chubby at the bottom,I dont really eat that much but when i do its just fruits,veggies and fiber
foods like Provita’s and Special K bars.I go to gym every day for 1 hour and do 200 sit ups a day! nothing is working..here are some pics to show you my bones stick
out but my stomach has got a little pudge that wont go away! if i cant find away I will have to lead back to my old friend Anorexia again which i dont wanna!! :’(

my body fat percentage is 14.4% which is 6 kilograms of fat.When I had Bulimia I NEVER binged eat! I ate normally. i wanna be a stick ok! i asked for help not to be told you are already too skinny.

i know its a common question but i want to lose it naturally, permanentaly and quickly.

Hey i think im fat and i need some excercises to make my arms less flabby,get a flat tummy,and skinnier thighs and legs. I know running and walking will help but is there any excercises like crunches or push ups etc? I dnt want pills or any diet meals or plans thx. Pls help best answer gets 10 points!

I recently lost weight in an attempt to get a flat stomach but I’ve reached the point where it would be dangerous to go anything more than a pound lower (so I wanna keep that extra pound just as insurance in case I lose weight accidently one day), but my stomach is still pretty flabby for my size. I’m only 16, so it isn’t post-menopausal flab. I’m a girl, btw.
