I would like to have a flat stomach in one month, and i am not going to starve my self or anything unhealthy

so is there a *healthy* diet i could follow??
and a good exercise routine i could follow.

Got any advice on how to lose some belly fat in a short amount (like a few months) of time?…Besides doing sit-ups and stuff…what should i do?

Well I m 14, 5"9 and my waist is 36…I need to get a flat stomach…What should I do?
4 heavens sake just don’t give me a 1 word ans! Crunches, lifting etc I kno all that! I m asking a time-table ie: how many times should I do it and etc

like, just lose fat, not gain muscle. i’m terriffied i’m gonna get really muscular and look like a boy lol, anyway, what are some exercies that focus onjust your belly that work relatively fast?

I play soccer but it does not help. I need something that shows results fast and works, i’ve tried crunches but they dont seem to work..

I need a quick way to lose weight so I will just try anorexia. Please don’t tell me not to do it because I know this is the fastest way to lose weight. How do you apply anorexia?

Arm curls? or other? or does it matter as long as Im lifting light weights lots of reps for tonality and keeping the tummy flat

also my abs are really tight and hard i can feel them but there not visable!! its annoying i try bike riding, ab king pro , running bt it dont work

i was told the best way is raise your legs in the air while you do the crunches effectively forming a U shape, but i have found that resting my legs on a chair when i do the crunches is better for my back..but what is the best way???

I’m twenty years old and I have had two children.
I am pretty skinny and in a size 8 jeans, but i still have the belly fat that is making everything tight.

I went to the hospital today to get my x-ray results from my hip. I have and inflated muscle and the doctor gave me some pills for it but he also said that losing weight will help a lot. I have started a diet and i do 20 sit ups, 50 push ups and go on a stepping machine for 20 minutes. Is there anything else I could do and how long do you think it will take to lose around about a stone?

I am not overweight a lot, I just need to lose like 10-15 pounds. I don’t have a gut, but you can see I have some extra pounds if I am going shirtless. I am 19 years old, my height is around 5′8, and I weight 180. How long should it take for me to loose all the weight and get a flat stomach?

I’m in a good shape, I’m not fat but I’d really like to know how supermodels get that flat tummy. My ribcage pokes out, and then my stomach goes in and then back out which some people call "muscular" but I call weird…. any help/suggestions?

Well Im small and everything but I still have like al ower pudge. It will not go away, And also there is like a line. My mom says its from when I sit down and my jeans make a mark, but i dont know. I really want a flat stomach. Like my aunt has one, But her hips are kinda wide. Does that have anything to do with it?

if you exercise and eat right to lose belly fat, ultimately you’re going to lose weight, right? if i want to lose belly fat and still gain weight, i.e. muscle mass, etc.. how do i do that?

I had such a fit and medium muscular toned body and i am happy with it. Except my stomach!

Some expert said, sit-up exercise is NOT SUITABLE to loose stomach fat. It it just for SIX-PACKS making. Otherwise (for who has fat stomach), the muscle that you gained from the sit-up, will push your stomach ahead and it will looks larger to the front (fat + muscle). How true is this fact?

Other than sit-up or any kind or exercise (assuming the fact above is true), what is the best way to loose fat of stomach fast? (at least in 1-2 months time)

I’m going to hire a trainer soon so i’ll start exercising next week. However, i dont know how many calories i should be eating. I’m 24, 5′3ft and weigh 150lbs. My target weight is 120-130. My frame is not to be superskinny girl. I guess i’d be more curvy bc of my bone density.
