Okay, i go on the elliptical, or treadmill for 20-30 minutes a day, and i do some abb work everyday. School starts September 9th! so i have about a month and a half to achieve smaller hips (get the fat off of them) and a flatter stomach. any ideas? and also i’m 13 and 5′3 and 115 pounds, so there’s not too much fat, so i’m hoping i can do it. thanks so much in advance (:

I am a girl, i am 5′5", and 135 pounds. I want to lose a couple pounds and have a flat stomach. I also want to slim down my thighs. Help please!!!
I’m 17 and overweight. I want to lose about 2 stone in weight fast. I HATE vegetables, fish , salads and nuts. Everytime I look at diets on magazines it says to eat all this stuff. I generally dislike healthy foods so this is really hard for me to achieve. I rely mostly on fast food and foods high in carbs and fat. I keep gaining weight and I’m obsessed with looking at peoples figures and it really depresses me that I’m heavy. I would love to have a completely flat stomach and toned body. I don’t know how to get this when I dislike alot of foods that are good for me. I am also studying for my A levels this year so I have hardly any time to exercise. I’m in school 4 days a week from 8 in the morning to 8.30 at night. I find it really hard to focus on losing weight and studying. I also have no motivation or will power. I really want to be thinner and I think i’d gain alot more confidence if i was thinner also. I want to avoid taking dieting pills or any weight loss suplements. I know this is probably impossible to find but if anyone has any solutions or knows about any diets suitable, leave me know. Thanks ![]()

I am 5′10, 185 lbs, 17-18 percent body fat…. i eat 1500-1800 calories a day. I do cardio daily 30-45 mins on bike varying intensitys. I lift 5-6 days a week alternating body positions for about 30-45 mins. I lost 30 lbs in the past 2-3 months. My ulitmate goal is to get a six pack by April. Is this possible if i continue at this rate?

I dance and jog every day, and eat a really healthy diet. Most of my body is pretty muscular but I still have the typical pooch belly and it makes me wonder if I’m just not "in shape." All the fitness women I see on TV have flat stomachs so I am not sure if it is just touch ups on TV or if fit people have flat stomachs.

So i’ve been trying to lose weight and get a flatter stomach/abs for quite a while now.. i try to do crunches & situps, but i pretty much suck…i live in an apartment so it’s kinda small, and we have a "gym" but i get really self concious..
SOO what can i do IN (key word..IN) my apartment (with no stairs) to lose some weight (besides running around) and get a flatter stomach?
BTW, i am a vegetarian, so no meat/fish/poultry..but i tend to splurge on the carbs and sugar, to fill me up.. any diet plans/ideas? (i’ve been drinking alot of water lately too)

I know you can’t target a specific area directly when trying to reduce body fat, but is there a workout to reduce upper body fat… In the Last few months i have lost about 25 lbs. but its weird because my arms are slimmer, my legs are thinner, but i haven’t really lost weight from my mid section or where my man titties are lol, i mean i have lost some there but not significantly like other areas… i have mostly been doing cardio, you know running, jumping rope, and others… but is there something to work more upper body and yeah… thanks
