#1 Don’t Skip Breakfast

#5 Consume enough for your body’s needs

Eating too few calories slows your body’s metabolism the same way not eating often does.  If you intend to drop the pounds, do not lower your calorie consumption too much.  Instead, trim out several of the unnecessary foods in your diet plan – extra calories in things  like soda, juice, packaged goods or candy.  Processed food are more often than not extremely high in added fat and calories and very low in nutrition, minerals and fiber.
