if you mean at one time, that is basically impossible to do correctly. if you do them in moderations of 50, about 10 times a day you could probably slim down some. it depends on your size, metablolism etc.
i would set a smaller goal for yourself like doing 25 before you go to bed each night for a month or something. or add in dieting if you’re trying to get it done quicker.

You won’t loose too much fat in a week even you are on the perfect diet and exercise plan. Loosing weight is a long term undertaking. Anything that promises fast, quick or easy weight lose is bullsh*t.
