Am I Suppose to Get Cramps When I Exercise To Lose Belly Fat?
I dance with my cousin a lot to exercise to lose my belly fat, we do a lot of jump, twisting, and moving to some fast music. I can go on for a long time but then my stomach starts to hurt, but not in the way that I have to use the bathroom… I feel like I get cramps… Is that suppose to happen?

Does it feel like a stitch? If that’s what it is then usually you can crouch down with your knees pulled up to your chest and stay there for a few moments taking slow, deep breaths, then take a drink of water. That usually helps for me.
Chances are it’s just your muscles getting sore from being used too much.
