Any tips for becoming healthy and trying to get a flat stomach?
I’m going to attempt to start eating healthy and getting fit. I am not obese or anything or terribly skinny. I am just normal. I do however want to achieve a flat and toned stomach.
Any tips of dieting and exercise?

eat a balance of fresh fruit and vegetables, lean proteins and wholegrains. try mixing some light weights in with a cardio workout like running, walking or cycling. have fun and good luck!
