Whenever you diet and exercise the fat comes off wherever it needs. Your body makes that choice, not you…sorry. You can however, eat foods that are healthy (fruits,veggies,whole grains), stay away from foods that are fried, greasy,sugary, have sodium and white flour. Eating earlier in the day, and not later then 4:00 in the after noon will help the tummy look flatter.
You can also do crunches to strengthen and tighten your abs – this will help the looks of them also. Doing cardio exercise will help you to lose fat on your abs, but you may lose fat other places on your body as well. Good luck at keeping that butt! LOL.

Don’t know, but I have been told that when women go on a diet the first things that get smaller are their boobs.
Tummy should get flatter if you don’t eat any foods but that would really make you unhealthy and you could starve to death AND have a flat tummy.
crunches
Sit ups, crunches, make sure you do them lifting your body to the center and slightly left and right. Also, leg lifts, those work your lower abs. Lay on your back and lift your legs up slowly and hold them in place for a 5 sec or 10 sec count.
drink lots of water and do crunches.
What about that ab-lounge they hawk on TV? Sit ups sit ups and more sit ups , otherwise. Fat binds onto the belly when you eat fatty food and drink alcolhol together (like wine and cheese)
Ok….Fisrt thing First, you can have a flat tummy and keep a nice bum by eating the foods that keeps flat tummys happy such as….
fruits
veggies
lean meats/protein
non fat dairy
Next you can continue to do cardio and sit ups to work on that flat tummy, I suggest planks, hanging leg raises, side planks, crunches and bicycle crunches.
Now Heres the secret to keeping a shapely non-grandma ass………SQUATS & LUNGES, thats right painful unpleasant butt shapers….good luck
ok im a cheerleader and this works*!* u sit on the ground and put your legs to gether and lie all the way down to where your head is touching the floor. then you sit up al the way w/o standing and throw your legs up (they need to be spread out in the air like in the splits) and do that at the same time and after a few weeks u will have a flat tummy( results may vary on acont of not every1s "tummy" it the same size)
