Are there any guys who work out but dont aim for a six pack? What about a flat stomach?

Most guys that bulk gain a lot of weight first and then cut out the body fat. A six pack is nothing compared to the muscle and strength you gain first.
You get a flat stomach by lowering your body fat percentage and eating properly to reduce the fat on your abdominals.
i’d much rather have a strong core than a discernable 6-pack. I do heavy squats which work your entire body, holding your trunk vertical during a squat takes an intense amount of muscle contraction from all the muscle groups in the core. abs, back extensors, hip flexors, these muscles must perform in concert and with equal effort to sustain the work.
