Are there any supplements to help me get a flat stomach?
I’ve been trying for years to get my flat stomach again. I’m 19 and I weigh around 135 pounds. My birth control also affects me having a hard time getting a flat stomach. Are there and cheap supplements I could take to help me out? Thanks!
I would first recommend trying phase 1 of the South Beach Diet. I gained 90lbs during pregnancy and lost 40 of them in 1 month on phase 1 and 30 minutes of pilates a day. I also added iced green tea to my diet. All 3 of these things will melt stomach fat! You WILL see results the first week!
As far as Bethels 30 goes I am currently on those (day 5) trying to get rid of the last stubborn 10lbs. I have lost 7lbs, not without side effects though. Some nausea, jittery, nervous feelings..I am following the VERY strict diet completely but being I only have a few pounds left, I will deal. At your age you still have a pretty high metabolism. I would REALLY try South Beach for 2/3 weeks.
