Best way to loose stomach fat.?
Hello I was wondering what would be the best way to loose fat of your stomach and get a nice 6pac abs? , the rest of my body is fit and all, and please no answers that have websites to it and linked to taking pills and shit , please it would help if it was like this example…
50 situps
50 crunches
50 lunges
and etc… THANKS in advanced
1) RUN !
2) Exercise
3) Eat healthy meals ( NO JUNK FOOD )
4) Eat fruits.
5) Do steps 1-4 !
Loose overall bodyfat. Your 6 pack will show.
i think exercise that good.
Sounds like you already have a basic understanding of exercises so I would do those everyday and keep increasing the numbers as you get fitter.
Also diet is very important so ensure that you are eating the right foods and right quantity. Don’t starve yourself.
try doing
100 sit ups 5x 20 grasping hold of your head hard ( it makes it hurt more) lso dont lower yer bak all the way to the floor
Running helps
Crunches – i think if you use a weightand hold it behoind your neck helps the intensity of this excerise
Just do normal stomach exercise and increse the amount you do as your sotmach area becomes stronger
Run/ swim/hill walk/cycle…. cardio (rasing your heart rate above sofa sitting level) burns fat combined with a low fat, healthy diet (fresh veg, fruit, wholemeal pasta/ bread, rice and protein (small amount of cheese) low or reduced fat dairy
No hope for your 6-pack if there is a layer of fat covering it… but keep up the crunches and ab curls …vary them!!

To do The Bicycle, simply lay on the floor pressing your lower back to the ground. Your hands are beside your head. Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle. Your left elbow will touch your right knee and then your right elbow will touch your left knee.
