please. I weigh about 106 lbs. I’m 5’1. I know you’re gonna tell me not to worry but I tried this dress on that I like and my gut hangs out. Sorry but i’m not going out like that, especially not on my birthday!
Actually, sorry it’s well known that sit-ups don’t work. you need to lose the fat first before you tone your stomach. i just wanted to learn about a more original way, thanks.
Since you seem to have a serious weight issue, do many sit ups, and lower your calorie intake. Eat some low fat yogurt too, it really helps with weight loss.
