		<description>it depends on your level of body fat.  one of my ex&#039;s is 5&#039;3 and 160 lbs and maintains a 6-pack but her body fat goes no higher than 14% year round.</description>

		<description>your lucky to be that skinny!! I&#039;d start with 10lbs and see how you feel, sometime gaining weight can have adverse affects...like fatigue and such...take it slow and just see how you feel. You can always take it off again if you want too!</description>

intake less carbs like are already doing, apparently!
You must lift light weight with a lot of Reps 
Example: Arm curls=30 reps in each arm (10lbs) 4 sets!
then increase every week 5-10lbs
Eat natural proteins and greens 
Run at least 4 miles a day (military style!)
If you noticed they have a thick solid structure with a flat stomach.......</description>
