Can i get a flat stomach in around one month?
Okay, i go on the elliptical, or treadmill for 20-30 minutes a day, and i do some abb work everyday. School starts September 9th! so i have about a month and a half to achieve smaller hips (get the fat off of them) and a flatter stomach. any ideas? and also i’m 13 and 5’3 and 115 pounds, so there’s not too much fat, so i’m hoping i can do it. thanks so much in advance (:

yes you can , you just have to work really hard for it.
eat 2100 calories each day if you go lower you can get hooked up to a machine that gives you ur food each day by a needle and swim bike run for 1 hour each day or go up and down the stairs with a heavy coat in the summer so you can loose ur water weight and drink tons of water
