Can i get a flat stomach in around one month?

Okay, i go on the elliptical, or treadmill for 20-30 minutes a day, and i do some abb work everyday. School starts September 9th! so i have about a month and a half to achieve smaller hips (get the fat off of them) and a flatter stomach. any ideas? and also i’m 13 and 5’3 and 115 pounds, so there’s not too much fat, so i’m hoping i can do it. thanks so much in advance (:
also, i don’t wanna go on some strict diet. thanks.
