Can I get a flat tummy in 2 months?
I want a flat perfectly shaped tummy by the time its summer.. I want to have it look like the ones I see on models and actresses. What am I supposed to do in those 2 months to get what I want? How much exercise daily?
I’m 128 lbs and 5’4 if that would help!
mix up as much exercise as possible, it all helps! cardio and free weights but make sure you get ur rest so ur body can recover! the fact is that to get that flat stomach its all about what u eat, and reducing body fat! dont diet (after dieting the body is more likely to put on more weight than before so in the long run u end up heavier)just be careful what u eat, eat regular small meals, this will keep ur metabolism high which will havu constantly burning calories!look at labels of foods ur eating check fat and sugar content!good luck
It seems to take some time to work at your belly! Its one of the hardest things to work at,,Good luck and do lots of push ups, and walking and jogging helps out!! GOOD LUCK!!
excersice routine:Good programs use both weights and cardio. Since you want to tone stomach and arms, try some light weights (this will tone, less weight, more reps, at least 15 – last rep should be difficult but not impossible) and cardio. Since you want upper body workout you could swim or to an eliptical with arm movement. However, any cardio will help tone the entire body, so if you like biking or running, do that instead.
Key to the program is make is enjoyable, and also make sure you are mixing it up a little every few weeks (more reps, more weight, different lifts, more cardio time, harder levels, different cardio).

Many great abs are genetics. Other that, the secret is DIET. You must reduce fat to see your ab muscles. Exercise, too, of course, to shape them. Always work your LOWER abs first, then your upper. Crunches, lots of them. Try 100 a day, and if you’re comfortable with that, do 50 more the next day, keep adding more.
Also, I wouldn’t go by the actresses and models in hollywood. Many of them look sickly, as if they’re going to die. Don’t follow them, just do excercises, and it will go away.
