Can someone help me Get a Flat Stomach/?
Im going to Germany on the 24th of february and in school alot of the older girls say im fat.
i know im not akinny but im not that heavy but i have a belly if you know what im mean
can someone help me get a flat stomach in 4 months and could they explain what to do thanks…
firstly d not listen to people that say acai berry and other pills work, they may have for some people but only for a short period of time, as you can gain the weight easier than before.
from personal experience i use to have a very flat stomach, but that of course changed as my body did, but i have regained this.
running is probably one of the best things for your STOMACH and legs as you are keeping your heart rate up for a long period of time and really works your core and helps to lose weight all over especially your abs, and if your really determined to get a flat stomach these are the 3 major keys.
1) eating a lot healthier may be hard but worthwhile
2) running and doing core and ab workouts/toning exercises
3) make sure your energy intake (ie how much you eat) is less than your energy expenditure (how much you burn off)
following these simple but challenging steps, your sure to suceed
i would have to say run and do some crunches/ sit ups with weights. just be active
Well here’s the deal. There’s not a way to target fat loss but there are two things you can do (one of them is kind of cheating):
1. Run ALOT. at least 4 times a week, 20/30 mintues per day. Cut back on carbs and drink a lot of water. This will promote overall weight loss.
2. Now here’s the cheat part that kind of targets your stomach. You don’t actually lose any weight but it will make your stomach look flatter. There is a muscle that can help you naturally suck in your stomach, and it is connected to a bone in your back. Here’s how to do the exercise. This should be the number one exercise since it’s the best exercise you can do to get a flat belly. What you do is suck in your belly as much as possible. Now the key that most people get wrong is that you need to suck in the lower belly, not the upper. So focus on your belly button getting sucked in.
Once you can’t suck it in any further, hold that position for anywhere from 15-60 seconds. The longer the better. Do this for a total of 5 minutes every single day. My clients average a loss of 1.75 inches from their waists in less than a month with just this exercise.
