can you still have a flat stomach after having 4 kids?
I am 29 years old and i have 4 kids. Im still skinny and can’t see my stomach unless i sit down. when I get into my diet and
exercise spells i work on my stomach the most, but it seems
like it just want buge. Should i get a tummy tuck or do you think
i can get a flat somach on my own with lots of hard work?
Once the stomach muscles are stretched they will not go back to the original state. You can watch your diet and exercise to keep it down to a smaller size. Eat a healthy diet low in fat and sugar. Remember the 4 blessings that helped you get your tummy in the first place. Tummy’s are what some of us get when we have children. I have the same tummy. Don’t be so hard on yourself. If I were you I would celebrate having four children and allow you self to be ok with the way you are. Blessings
Look at Heidi Klum. She has had kids and is older than you and has a flat stomach. I think if you had a flat stomach before getting pregnant then you should be able to get it back after having those kids.
i hope so…i only have one but i am no where near my prebaby size…I’m trying, my mom has four kids and its been four years since her youngest she is just now losing it…do those crunches and don’t lose hope
well , i think you should do crunches for 15 mins everyday or take a walk or any other simple exercise that you can incorporate into your lifestyle. this simple change done on a daily basis can give you a more toned body.just remember not to increase your calorie intake!
It just depends on your body. In general, it appears that the wider your hips, the less likely that your stomach will remain flat. My mom had us kids, and she ended up with a little bit of a tummy. She starved herself, and worked out several hours a day. She ended up being quite thin with a little bit of a tummy. The doctor told her that exercise would not get rid of it, and she needed to start eating because she had started passing out from hunger. I say this because some people will give specific examples of people with perfect bodies, and other women will try to live up to that image to the point of making themselves sick. Do a reasonable amount of exercise and dieting, but don’t make yourself sick over it. Either it will go away or it won’t.
