I got on the DEPO shot and gained a TON of weight but all in my belly. It looks like I have a tire around my stomach. Its nasty. I also have lost all of my a**. It went soooo flat! I used to have a perfect coke bottle shape. Well now im off the depo for GOOD! And getting on another type of birth control.
Anyways how can I lose belly fat? Like what exercises will help that section the most?

Ok, now im 16 yrs old. 5′4 and 160lbs. I’m not big, just thick but a shapely thick. I just need to get rid of some of this belly. I know i cant target one spot,but all over the body would be good, but im mainly focused on my stomach. My mom is a health consultant and she is good at what she do. I got some ideas from her, but i would want some others. Sometimes when i wear shirts i feel uncomfortable. And i wear a lot of Aeropastale so my shirts have to be fitted. I weigh 175 and my height is 5 feet 4 inches. Everyday I play tennis for an hour, and sometimes i play softball at night. 2 days ago i started doing crunches at night( i did 75 each night) and i will continue doing 75 each night to lose belly fat. I know how to eat healthy so please don’t give me any of that information. So, Is this a good way to get rid of belly fat?

I’ve been using Tony Little’s Gazelle, and didn’t feel it was working.
It’s not my weight that is bothering me. I’m 5′ and 115 lbs, but I still have trouble toning after second child. So, I’m not concerned with the scale but with fitting into my clothes and not having a visible tummy bulge over my waistband.

I weigh about 142.5. I want to lose at least 40 pounds it because i know its all of the belly fat i have. I need to lose those 40 pounds before July 16th!, so if it is possible can you give me some ideas?!

I try to exercise everyday and walk everyday and drink plenty of water and eat very healthy but no matter what i have a ton of excess belly fat that won’t go away and my Body fat is very high because of i. I’m not sure if i should try any of the fat burners on the market since i’m only 15 but it seems to be my only choice left. Any other ideas?

I’m not entirely fat, only my belly and chin are.
My belly isn’t ultra huge but the fat is still there, and it’s noticeable considering that my arms and legs are thin.
As for my chin…usually when I smile, the extra fat I have under my chin kinda blends with my jawline and makes me look even fatter than I am.
My belly and my chin area are the only parts not in proportion to my body and I hate it. How can i lose those extra fat?

So, I am 17 and I used to lift weights in my sophomore year of high school (I am about to be a senior in high school). I added on a lot of mass to my arms, pecs, legs, etc. Meanwhile, I was developing a little bit of a belly but thought "hey, I can take care of it later it won’t get too bad". Now, I actually have a full blown belly. I mean, when I wear a shirt you can’t really tell of course, but if I keep going at this rate it will be bad. Right now its mainly all fat. I’d say around 25%-30% body fat right now, and I am wondering how should I go about losing all this fat around my belly and flattening my stomach and in general losing all the fat on my torso. I know a lot of toning exercises will help (lots of reps), but I am wondering what is the best and fastest method to lose all this body fat and cut my body fat percentage down to like 12%-6% (after all, school starts in September, and I want to come back to school looking damn good).
