		<description>ok, just exersise 20 min everyday and instead of drinking juice or soda drink water ONLY water and don&#039;t eat sweet stuff. and for the exersise i cant tell u a specific exersise b/c everyones body is different and some exersises make u muscular which u probably don&#039;t want but just jump on ur bed for like 20 mins everyday lol it will help and don&#039;t drink water in the middle of an exersise it give u cramps. hope i helped.  *peace*</description>
