Does anyone have suggestions for a diet that will help make my stomach toned/flat?

A diet will NOT make your stomach toned and flat. It might get rid of extra fat on your stomach though.
Make sure to do both cardio and crunches on a regular basis. Some women eat healthy and do constant crunches but cant seem to lose the fat over their stomach muscles. that’s because cardio is really the only thing for that.
As for a diet, if your weight is fine but you just have stomach fat then all you should really do is take out fat from your diet.
I’m very slim but have had some fat on my tummy and I kept eating full regular meals but just watched my daily fat intake and did cardio and crunches and I now haved a completely flat and toned stomach.
Diet alone won’t make your stomach flat. Just try doing crunches.

You can’t just eat something to make your stomach flat.
Or try the "don’t eat" diet.
For breakfast eat Special K with lowfat milk and an apple. Lunch eat a turkey wrap on whole wheat with a little cheddar cheese, 2 pieces of turkey, a teaspoon of mustard. With an orange and water. For dinner eat a large salad with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, crutons, 1/4 cup of cheese. Keep drinking water throughout the day. And cut back on soda. Also do 50-100 situps a day. Your stomach will be flat in no time. Good luck!

I’ve heard that if you suck in your stomach every time you think about it, it keeps you stomach flat. Also, dieting doesn’t really work, you have to make a lifestyle change, or the weight will just keep coming back after you get off your diet.
Sometimes you don’t need to diet. It’s said that one of the best ways to keep your stomach flat is to just eat the right amounts in controlled proportions and make sure to burn off some of the energy you gained. For the proportions, measure it with items. For example, the amount of proteins to eat for a serving is recommended to be the size of your palm, and grains the size of a card deck. For exercise, just stretch and do some type of physical activity for at least a half hour a day.
Drink a full glass of milk every 24 hour and it burns lot of fat make sure its 2% milk or none fat.
I did that and i use to be really chubby and my friends now say u are so skinny you like a pole. But a way i do it is drink a glass full befor going to bed
You have to be kidding us. You think a diet is going to make your belly flat/toned?
A diet will help you lose weight but it will take a good deal of physical work to get your belly flat/toned.
Get out there and get working.

Honestly, have lots of fiber, and cut back on sodium or anything gassy (like pop) to avoid bloating and clear you out. After that, just start sucking it in when you remember. This also helps you work out your core muscles which helps with posture and strength.
You have to diet and lose the fat on your stomach before you can tone your stomach. You can’t just diet to make it flat…dieting alone does not help. Cardio is the best and combined with crunches is great. Remember though, if you have a lot of fat around your tummy then excersing won’t help…you got to rid yourself of excess fat first. Good luck.
eat less carbs[if you do, eat wheat products] have more fruits and veggies, and fats have to be eaten moderately[but they ARE necessary] every night, do 50-75 sit-ups on a yago mat, then do 100 crunches. this helped me have a flat tummy.
