does anyone know how i can lose belly fat without buying machines or pills or videos or anything?
okay, my friend’s mom said that i am over-weight, and that got me thinking. i really want to get rid of my belly fat so i need some kind of help! can anyone tell me? thank you!!
stop eating junk foods, drink more water and also try to jog/run for at least 15, 30 min. a day
It’s really easy to lose weight without buying pills or anything like that. Try cutting out junk from your diet, snack less (and when you do snack have fuits and veggies) and also try to stop eating after 7 or 8. Apparently that really help, so after 7 just have big glasses of water.
You can also start drinking green tea — it helps speed up your metabolism.
To tone up once you’ve lost belly fat do like 50 crunches a day so that while you’re losing weight, you’re also tightening everything too!

First of all, it is extremely rude of your friends mom to say your over weight. Your weight is private between you family and your doctor. That’s it. but there are endless result. Try running also because that exercises the whole body. Drink lots of water because that fills you up with out eating just because your bored. DO eat a breakfast though because that keeps you energized all day. Eat healthy and exercise, that’s all it takes! I hope you the best of luck! Hope this helps!
