i havent got the money to go to a gym and i eat healthily
is there anything ican do at home that will help me?
i currently weight about 8 stone (:
it’s about diet and calories. it’s not so much about what you eat, but about how many calories you eat at one time, and per day. You have limits. learn what your limits are, and come in just under them. Then you’ll reduce and remain reduced.
There arent any exercises that target a specific area of fat. NONE.
crunches and planks try supermans to.

for crunches do twenty reps and the relax for a minute then do another rep
hold the plank position for a minute the rest the do it again do atleast 15 planks same for supermans

There’s no easy way but if you be patient it’ll work.
I find pilates VERY helpful.
Start with something like this http://www.flat-stomach-exercises.com/pilates-exercise.html and do some sit ups/crunches.
Try running. It’s very good for your core.
Good luck :]
Since you are light anyway, you can get a flat stomach just by exercising without having to lose any weight whatsoever.
Basic things that will strengthen your stomach muscles and make the area look flatter is running. Have you ever seen a long distance runner with anything but a washboard stomach? You can go jogging near your home, short distances at first, and then jog further and further as you get better.
Lower ab exercises in particular will make the most difference to giving your abdomen a flat appearance. Some great exercises for this include plank (as mentioned by another answerer), press ups, scissor kicks, V-sits (look these up one youtube for demonstrations) and an exercise where you lie on your back and put both your feet in the air above your head, then raise your bum off the ground and lower it back down. Exercises targetting your oblique muscles like oblique crunches and cartwheels will also help give your stomach that flat shape.
The key to this though is consistency, you must do the exercises very regularly (at least 3 or 4 times a week) for at least a few months. The work will pay off in the end, but you must be ocnsistent and patient and don’t give up too early!
