flat stomach…?
can u get a flat stomach just by going on a diet and losing weight or do u have to exercise, too? if u do have to exercise, what exercises do u need to do? i have been on a diet since january and i’ve lost 20 lbs. so far, but for some reason i still have "that stomach". how do u get rid of it..? does this mean i need to lose more weight or just tighten up or something..? i want to get rid of it b/c i feel very self-conscius wearing a shirt and hiding my stomach and all. please help & thank you!
Have you tried doing crunches or situps?
If you do say 20 when you wake up and before bed everyday for two weeks and then move on to 40 for two weeks and then to 60 ect, you should see the results your looking for.
Its easy and doesn’t really take all that much effort.
Wow 20 lbs! thats good, but since u had a belly,u do need to exercise to lose the rest of it.. Sit ups help A LOT!

need to run AND diet
diets can help you lose weight and excersize can help you tone up, but you have to remember that where there was once a belly, is now probably mostly skin and that takes time to get rid of.
Good excersizes to tone up your belly are sit-ups, crunches, squats and bending and twisting excersizes.
Also, what you eat affects your belly size. Stay away from windy foods and eat a bowl of weetobix every morning.
and low-cut trousers make you look thinner. instead of bunching it all up on the waste. You won’t have so much to cover up when you sit down. xx
