flat stomach?
i am skinny and semi-athletic. but i want a flat stomach, but i dont want to lose too much other weight bc i only weigh 100 lbs. (no im not aneorexic, im just petite) sit ups dont really work for me. any tips?( diets, sleeping on your stomach?)
Work out. Running is the best. Just run. You will definitely see changes if you run consistently. Also, drinking tea is really good. It helps me. Drink lots of water too if the tea doesn’t work.
also, make it a habit to not eat after, say, 8 p.m.
diet, sit ups will add some size, but it could help with defined abs. No one has a perfectly flat stomach.

um, crunches, or im not sure what to call it, but twist your torso around while holding some small weights. dunno.

Avoid processed foods!..lots of water..and yes sleep on your stomach.
