Flat stomach,?
Hey, I know you must hear this question a lot, but I’m really stuck on how to get a flat stomach in time for summer.
I have this small layer of fat over my stomach muscles. I’m 5,4, 102lbs, I run every day, I do martial arts twice a week and my diet is healthy!! What I can say is, we do tend to eat things like potatoes and pasta as main staples, but I thought with my sports I needed the extra energy. What can I do?!
You’re not alone, this is a common problem. The reason why people struggle like you are doing right now is because there is a MASSIVE misconception about how to get abs.
To be realistic with you, sit ups and crunches are actually the worst way to build impressive abs.
A lot of cardio is a good start, so don’t drop that, but you must understand that doing all that grunt work is only half the story, and you would be surprised how you’re already making it too hard for yourself
(not your fault, just the fact that there are certain ways to get abs that people are not commonly told or aware of)
You need to become leaner first, and have a focused meal programme. Sit ups in fact make the situation worse and are truly tedious and cumbersome to do.
Most people make this canonical mistake, However you’ll be glad to learn that you CAN get gorgeous six pack abdominals by doing things with an more comforted approach.
To explain in more detail, you may wanna check into this web site I found:
http://secretsixpackabs.com
It examines the programmes that teach you how to avoid sit ups and acquire abdominal muscle* speedier by doing things a particular way, in a deliberate step-by-step approach.
There’s also reviews, contests and additional advice for you to chew on entirely at that website.

I truly feel that if you stick to the advice they hand you, you will get a six pack in half the time than "going it alone"
Good luck with your training!

Jimmy
P.S.
Even though they show you how to tone up your stomach, it’s really all about losing the fat (because then the muscles show through naturally).
It’s up to you how far you wanna take it. But the first step is getting a lean body, and that website shows which way is the best to go to achieve the best (and fastest) results!
Crunches or other ab workouts.
well i think u should double up your exercise and then u will be more hungry so then u will be working more and more of each day
I dance at my high school, and i thought i was going to get in shape just by dancing but this was not true! So i started eating healthier, and doing exercises in this magazine i ordered for 2 years. You should really check it out. I always recommend this to people i know and it’s easy, and fun:

You can also work on other parts of your body.
Hope this helps!
