You can excerise every day but make sure you target different areas different days like walk 3 days and addmoinal exercises 2 days
start out slow work your way up you will have better results
YES,i think so. Also Sit ups. practise tightening your tummy muscles, hold for 5 seconds and release. Keep doing this through out your day, no one will notice and it helps to strengthen them, Try not to over do it on the excercise and also ur intake: Replace your high-fat and bad-carb foods with more protein, especially lean protein like chiken, fish or tofu. Have a fat free yoghurt every morning with a little honey, it will aid digestion and is rich in calcium, which helps you absorb less fat in your diet. In the day stick to thick soups, egg-white omelettes, fish and vegetables. keep hydrated by drinking herbal teas, especially dandelion, which helps reduce water retention.
