crunches will giv eu abs and there for no flat stomach. Thhere is no way you can achieve a good flat stomach without dieting or working out. And why do u just want a flat stomach? if ur a dude then the chics love the abs. Jump a skipping rope or run. That will allow you to get a flat stomach.

The answer lies in your question itself. You yourself admit that it is impossible to reduce weight without dieting and exercises and then how do you expect to make your tummy flat. However I would like to suggest that if you do regularly yogic pranayama you will feel the difference within a week’s time. You can see the yoga programme on Astha channel
DON’T do those chinese dieters’ slim tea, or anything like that. they give you diharreah, and it lasts for 3 whole days for EACH bag! i’ve tried it before…not pretty…just start out by taking walks, even for just a couple of minutes a day. it’s really easy, and it’s going to get easier for you the more you do it.
