flat tummy?
i want to get rid of my belly fat, there’s not a ton but there’s some.

i dont no how old your are but if your like 13 most girls have that and grow out of it within the next year but if your eating healthy and all that tennis may not be enough. you should probably try some exercises that target your abs. try doing 25 crunches and then put your legs straight up in the air and and try to touch your toes. do that about 25 times. do that every night and you should see results.
stick with that routine, also add in some good ‘ol push-ups and sit-ups ;P
for a flat stomach all your need is lean meats fruits and vegetables along with about 1-2 of exercising and good gentics. i say this because some people no matter how good of shape they are in will never get a flat stomache/six pack due to genetics
but prty much just keep doing what your doing and you should be in great shape by swimsuit season….which is approaching us
You seem very active…but if you have some belly fat, just do some ab work-outs. Try doing sit-ups and crunches everyday, for about 15 minutes twice each day. You’ll see results within a couple weeks…It worked for me…
