I am pretty tiny but have alway had a soft tummy,.
I want it hard and I want it toned.
whats the best way? sit ups, running, walking, ab cruncher?

so just suck it in it helps a lot and it’s a form of exercise without having to strain yourself working out at 1st it is hard but the you get used to doing it all the time
Brisk walking helps to burn tummy fats. I have a flat tummy.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
