flat tummy?
i was wondering if you do alot of exercising and you and belly dance alot will you be able to get that flat tummy look as well as long body look like from the top of ur tummy down it will look like its gotten longer? or would you just get a flat belly? and have a short mid section?
along with the belly dancing, you should also do sit ups. after doing at least 40 sit ups daily, you will see results in about 2 weeks. And you know when you are doing them right (it hurts; not painfully, just a burn), but stick to that and you will flatten out your tummy. I also keep it flexed most of the day, and sit up straight, that works out your abdominal muscles. good luck
