my tummy isnt big, but i need to tone it.
if i swim 3 hours everyday, do lots of crunches, and eat right for 2 weeks will this hard work get me a nice, flat tummy?

i can get a flat stomach in 2 weeks with a lot of hard work and watching what i eat. now i am pretty normal sized so its easier for me than someone overweight. just dont eat fatty foods.. stay away from fast food places! eat foods high in fiber and protein (lean meat, vegetables, salad). do crunches, sit ups, any exercise that targets your abs. ALSO doing crunches alone wont take the fat off your abs. you need to do cardio to get the top layer of fatt off your body. crunches build muscle but the fat comes off by doing cardio.

It’ll be a good start, but 2 weeks isn’t a lot of time for that.
