Flat Tummy.?
I really want a flat tummy. I got three friggin rolls of fat, what is the best and the fastest way to get what i want? what foods should i eat and how much of it, i would also like to make my thighs less "jiggly". I want something i could do at home.
Decrease your fat and sugar calories, No carbonated beverages. 8 to 12 cups of water a day. Eat lean protein like broiled fish or chicken breast, and lots of green leafy veggies like brocolli, spinach, etc. Whole grain cereals and breads are best, limit pasta and use whole wheat pasta.Use dairy products in moderation, 2% or skim. Pilates is good for the tummy. Brisk walking is the best overall exercise you can do.
Give yourself time to see results, it may take three weeks to notice a difference, but honestly, you didn’t get that way overnight, so you can’t expect to change overnight either.

you can get pills without prescription from places like Holland&baratt the stop you from being bloated and breake down fat faster + do exersise that consentrates on your tummy i do 200 situps every morning and every night as well as going to the gym but i still geta fat tummy coz i dont eat properly food like cucumber and waltermelon makes you pee so that makes your tummy flat also detox i drink hot walter with lemon it makes you through up but you get used to it there is also a very expensive chinees tea witch litraly eats away the fat it’s like £200 for a fuew sashays

Just eat more fruits and veggies and a little bit of lean meat. Whole grains are good. Just the usual health foods. Eat just one portion of it (usually its on the health lable) And exercise. Run for you legs and do sit ups and other tummy exercises.
