Eat lean protein like broiled fish or chicken breast, and lots of green leafy veggies like brocolli, spinach, etc. Whole grain cereals and breads are best, limit pasta and use whole wheat pasta.Use dairy products in moderation, 2% or skim. Pilates  is good for the tummy. Brisk walking is the best overall exercise you can do. 

Give yourself time to see results, it may take three weeks to notice a difference, but honestly, you didn&#039;t get that way overnight, so you can&#039;t expect to change overnight either.</description>
