		<description>I know several moms that have had either 3 or 4 babies and they have very envious bodies again.  They really focus on working out faithfully and vigourously and they eat as clean as possible...no junk food, repeat..no junk food.  Having a flat stomach has little to do with having a baby.  It&#039;s more about how much bodyfat got gained.</description>

Just control the portion of food, rather than the sort of food. I really think the diet supposed to be long-time plan. If someone control too much kind of food, the diet can not last long. But you can control the portion of food. And have the food regularly. 

If you are do aerobic and anaerobic work out twice a week each. then it will boost your body shape tone up!!</description>
