Floor exercises that will help with getting rid of love handles?
Hello. So I know that in order to get rid of love handles you also need to do cardio. But what are some floor exercises I can do that will help get rid of them? I only have a very small amount of fat there. Because I am actually rather on the slim side (5’7" approx. 122lbs) but I believe that I can still get them a little thinner.

To help the love handles, perform trunk twists. Get a broom or mop handle and place it on the back of your neck resting on both shoulders. Drape both arms over the broom/stick like a scarecrow and keep your back straight. Turn your upper torso 90 degrees to the left wall then 180 degrees to the opposite wall. Continue this for about 5 minutes. The more you do this, the better you will be in the love handle area. If you have any questions, contact me at situpking@yahoo.com
