6 Pack abs diet – how to get a six pack fast
Get your FREE workout here: www.turbulencetraining.com This video takes you through the evolution of 21st century ab training. You’ll find 6 different ab exercises where the focus isn’t on crunching or spinal flexion, but instead is geared towards providing a core workout that offers stabilization and resistance rotation. Just because these ab exercises aren’t your traditional crunches, doesn’t mean that you won’t get that great ab burning feeling following your workout. These core exercises will still help build 6 pack abs, but in a much safer way that will reduce the incidence of low back pain. The first ab exercise in the evolution of ab training is a simple plank. This exercise needs to be mastered by beginners and those at risk of low back pain. The goal here is to work up to a 90 second to 2 minute hold in the plank position. The next core exercise is the side plank or side bridge. A little more difficult than the regular plank, the trick here is tokeep your body in a straight line and keep those hips raised. Once you’ve mastered those ab exercises, try the plank with your elbows on the stability ball. According to Men’s Health magazine, this exercise works your abs 30% hard than a regular plank. To increase the difficulty of this ab exercise, try moving the ball further away from your body. The fourth ab exercise to work your entire core is the stability ball jackknife. Here, you will place your feet on the stability ball and your hands on the floor or elbows on a …

@moosavich fucking classic comment.
Is it okey if I do the plank for around 4-5 minutes? I feel like 2 minutes is not enough to truly push myself, and that’s what I aim for, pushing myself all the time

Thank you.
I was under the impression that sit-ups were the only way, but the core is more about stabilization, which makes these exercises relevant.
@Oaken007 Chuck Taylor’s are actually great for training.
i cant balance my feet on the ball . im getting so fustrqted
@Oaken007 Having bad shoes helps you to strenghten your feets real strenght.
you have a good point, any ab exercise that deals with spinal flexion isnt going to do much for your core(which consists of more than just your rectus abdominals) and crunches and situps are waaay overrated and are for pussies
@jamien136 try doing leg lifts(hang on a bar and lift your knees to your chest by pushing your hips foreward) works wonders for the lower back and gets you a solid tummy
This is the BEST!!!!
yeah i dont care about abs i just want my lower back problems to go away, apparently core has a lot to do with the back
ive just been doing situps, planks are good, ill try them out instead, lower back problems suck ass…
the gymball makes a farting noise 4:05
@cooldudepro you dont know what youre talking about! I am a qualified Olympic weight lifting coach, and HEELS are EXACTLY what you need when squating and dead lifting. It puts your pelvis in a more optiml position. FYI I started life as a body builder at the sam gym as Dorian Yates and thats how it was done there also….nuff said
@moosavich kinda redundant amirite?
@Oaken007 converse are flat, making them ideal for heavy lifting since you dont have soles that get in your way. helps with deadlift/squat
@lola11consta Just check out how fit he is. Usually, that is a good sign to the abs. And also, you can see his sb definition through his shirt. lol
Yeah, you put that ball on that treadmill.
He’s repping Taylor Gang…
@Oaken007
Actually in terms of working out, they are way better for you feet then typical running shoes or Nike training shoes. For heavy lifting they are the best choice, the next best thing would be bare feet. So yeah.
@Oaken007 i always where flat shoes at the gym they are the best for lifting, air pockets, and springs fuck up your form, also i have gel soles in mine
you make it look so simple> I just tried to do all these exercises on my ball and good goalie, they are tough!
try lifting the each alternate leg and upper leg in side plank, woah, that hurts, on the ball, your glutes are a little high, great exercises, would have been nice to show some lower back core alongside this.
@Oaken007 Because they look hot!
