If you can’t do a single situps, you have some MAJOR issues. I’d start with losing weight, as you don’t get to chose where you lose weight, it comes off proportionately. You need to be CONSTANTLY hungry to lose weight. And lay off useless calories like regular soda, etc. Once you get passed the extreme obesity, even while you are still obese, you will be able to do a situp.
Never thought I’d hear of someone wanting to workout that was too fat for a situp.

You dont need to do situps. Situps are bad for your back and place to much strain. I personally think they are TERRIBLE. There is a better way to do it, check out the diet and exercise program here that will help you
