how can i get a completly flat stomach?
my stomach isnt massive but its flabby and has a small bump at the bottom like below my bellybutton, i want it to be completly flat but i cba dieting, is there any good exercises to help me get this? nothing too challeging though or i’ll die lmao. Also any exerises that make your hip bones protrude, my hips used to be like that but then i put on weight and i want my old body back.
