How can i get a flat stomach?
I really want to have a flat stomach for the summer so that when i wear my swimsuit my tummy doesn’t look bulgy. I relatively thin but sometime my tummy can look bulgy. Please could you suggest some ways to get a flat stomach?
What exercises are good?
Abdominals everyday, but not too much or you’ll get a six pack and it’s not a nice thing to see on a woman. I usually do 2-3 sets of 50 reps a day. Then you can do some exercises for your waist, you can look them up on the internet.
You do this 5-6 times a week and you’ll get a flatter stomach, I can assure you! I do this and some other exercises for my glutes and chest and my stomach is flatter than it used to be a few months ago!
If you start a diet (consulting a qualified dietologist) or, better yet, try not to eat too much between the meals and eat healthier, the work out might work faster, but I personally disapprove diets so I just work out.
