How can i get a flat stomach?
I am 97 pounds 15 and 5’2 I am skinny and not that in shape. i have a little pouch on my stomach and i want it to be flat like six pack. I can do alot of crunches and run a lot but i cannot get rid of that pouch! i also have a high matabolism any ideas?
You could check out an e-book called Linda’s Flat Stomach Secrets. Crunches might not be the best kind of exercise to tone the right muscles.
i wouldn’t listen to the Acai Berry thing, i heard it was a big big scam that steals your money,
and i’ve heard it doesn’t help you lose weight it just makes you "healthier" but you never know…. it might just be another placebo out there
so why risk it?
