how can i get a flat stomach?
im 12 and im short and i want to be slimmer. my parents wont take me to the gym. can you please help me? thanks!

Don’t listen to anyone on here that says "Do X amount of situps and you will have flat abs" It does NOT work like that. You have to eliminate that fat on the stomach and tighten the skin by doing Cardio. Run, swim, bike. Keep it simple, Run atleast a mile a day 3-5 days a week.. if you can do more then do it. This will decrease your body fat, and boom you have a flat stomach. Make sure you does eat a bunch of junk. Protein, Veggies, Fruits etc. Goodluck!
50 to 100 sit ups a day at first you will get a flat stomach after like 2 weeks then after another week it will go but if you keep at it you will get a flat stomach forever after you get the flat stomach do just 20 situps aday that way the muscles won’t get ‘lazy’.
watch what you eat and run around town do anything to keep moving
