how can i get a flat stomach just by exercising and eating right?
please can u tell me what exercises i should do and not do and also what should i eat and not eat>

Wow!! your 13 and I am 50+. This is my advice to you. Exercise, and just watch what you eat. You are young and your hormones are changing. Keep a handle on intake. Don’t do any drastic dieting, not healthy. Be positive, stay active, your body will always be changing. Find what makes you feel comfortable and don’t worry about what anybody else thinks or says. Always respond, I feel Great!!!!
