How can i get a flat stomach?
Ok so im in track but i have a belly, yet i can beat others who are all ripped! I am not the fastest but im quite fast but i wanna look like an athlete too. Everybody expects me to have a great body, but i have a belly which makes me upset.
So how can i get a flat stomach? I like to eat a lot of sweets too, so yea thats a problem(but no soda). So how can i get a flat stomach at least….. oh and im a guy
Yo. Alright, you can’t choose where you want to lose weight from. It just doesn’t work that way. You can tone the muscle under the fat and skin and it’ll stretch making you seem more "Ripped." If you want that athlete stomach, do "T twists".
Lay out like with a push-up but with your elbows on the floor instead of your palm. Make a fist and spread your feet out about a foot. Twist sideways with your whole body and raise the arm your twisting toward straight above you so that from the side you look like a T. Alternate arms fr 3 minute sets.

Lay flat on your back and interlace your fingers on the back of your head. raise up your left knee and touch it to your right elbow. kick your leg out in a circle as if riding a bicycle. Pull the right knee up and repeat alternating sides.
Those 2 excersizes combined with arm and chest weight traing helped me lose 16 pounds in about 3 weeks.
First of all, my best suggestion is to learn to eat healthy.Do sit ups and joging.watch them excersise videos in the morning. and Lower what you usually eat. When you want something verry bad eat half of it then give the other have to somebody else or throw it away.
