how can I get a flat stomach
I really want a flat stomach. Without dieting or pills. I’m not in anyway obsessed over my size but I want to look in shape.

Exercise:
5 hours per week.
walking usually does the trick
doing a few sit-ups and crunches now and then are great.
don’t stress yourself out.
Food:
no diets Just MODERATION!
the 6 mini-meals throughout the day thing works.
just don’t even touch:
doughnuts
fries
chicken nuggets (or anything from McDonolds. Even there salads are caked with oil)

DON’T STARVE YOURSELF.
Moderation is key
Lots of fruits and veggies

lay on ur bed with hips to feet still on bed. ur stomach to head should be in air. go down so ur almost touching the floor, then raise up and touch ur toes.. this exer will get those lower abs
