How can i get a flat stomach?
Ok so i would like to know how to get a flat stomach. Im in cross country, and im not fat, i just have some fat in my stomach area(lol). Everyone in cross country is skinny and i feel kinda out of shape when im changing(im a good runner though, for a begginer). Please help, thank you

start doing crunches and sit-ups. They are good for the ab area, which is wear you gain the extra fat on your stomach. It will work the muscles and burn the fat, then when the fat is gone you’ll start seeing abs.
It will probably take 3-4 months to get completely flat. Good luck!
My opinion is you got to feel pain in the area you want to target. Yes, sit-ups will help for sure. But in doing only sit-ups, you are in-fact building muscle, you could still have fat on top of the muscles. Best thing to do is work out everything. Swimming is better for burning fat than running because it’s more of an overall workout. I play basketball, and jumping a lot actually also helps to work my stomach. My stomach is flat with some muscles and all i do is run a little, play alittle basketball, and I don’t over-eat. Main thing is…you got to feel the pain.
