How can I get a flat stomach and get rid of some weight?
I just want to know about the best tips/ways to get a flat stomach and loose some weight. I’ve been trying for a really long time. I’m 5’2 and 123 pounds. I want to be 110 and my doctor says it will benefit in my sport as well. Is there a good healthy small diet I can go on and a certain exercise that will help me with this? What can I do?
Please help. D: I feel disgusting and I really want to lose this weight. I’ve tried almost everything for motivation but I just end up overeating and not sticking to my diet. My big problem is motivation. >.< I’m on my last nerve.

First, 123 lbs is not overweight for a girl about 5’2". However if you still want to lose weight you need to reduce your caloric intake. It’s that simple. No amount of working out will help unless you watch your diet.
Assuming you’re active, you need approximately 2,000 calories per day to maintain your bodyweight (I know this looks like I just pulled this number out of thin air, but I actually calculated it, it’s appropriate for someone your height and weight). A pound of fat is 3,500 calories. I recommend that you reduce your caloric intake to about 1,750 calories per day and burn about 250 additional calories per day working out (this does not include your sport, which is why I calculated your caloric needs assuming you were active). This would result in a weekly weight lose of about a pound per week. If you try and go faster, it won’t work for numerous reasons… Count calories, it’s a pain at first, but it gets easier. There are lots of on-line resources for you to use.

MOTIVATION?? You can look everywhere for motivation honey. Like this site. Plenty of people are going to encourage you. LIKE ME! YOU CAN DO IT I KNOW YOU CAN!!! Eat healthy foods, and if you are trying to avoid certain foods like less sugar, caffeine then don’t starve yourself from them. Treat yourself to them. It helps out alot. Well, if you’re an active person then you definitely need some more carbs, meat, good sugars to keep your energy up. EXERCISE!!! I know this amazing exercising thing to help you with loosing weight. It’s effective, doesn’t leave you tired or out of breath and it only takes about 20 minutes to do…or less if you don’t have that much time. This exercise is called Body Flex! Now it kind of looks weird and amusing to some people if you’re being watched but if you are really wanting this then don’t pay attention to them if you’re going to be near people. Body Flex burns fat, builds lean muscle gradually, improves flexibility, and leaves you awake and refreshed. Wow, the link I’m about to post is a video…and like I said it looks hilarious but it works like magic. If you do it once a day you can loose about 2-3 pounds weekly. Twice a day is more like 5 pounds weekly. Everybody’s results differ, but it’s very effective. If you try this and keep it up I promise you will be satisfied with your results. Remember to believe in your self.

You can also find the following Body Flex Videos on Youtube. There are multiple positions and as long as you feel that pull in whatever muscle you are stretching then it doesn’t matter what the stretch is. If you can”t find the videos then just stretch all the muscles with the breathing technique in anyway you can. The LION and CRAZY face stretch are really the only ones you can’t find alternates for because its the face…but for stomach you’d want to do the breathing technique then crunches for 8 sec or more for the upper abs…and for lower….breathing technique then scissor kicks!!!! There are a few more moves but like i said look for them on youtube and if you don’t have any luck with that then email me and i’ll give you the full explanation of the steps!!!
