first you need to stop comparing yourself to those chics. then start eating less. dont eat alot of junk or fast food. work out often. like at least 3x a week for at least 30 mins. and get bigger shirts until you lose weight. no sense in squeezing into something that doesnt fit. that only makes it worse.
