Depends on how big your gut is right now. If its just a little bit, its possible. If its a lot, then its going to take longer. Difficult to say without a pic. One trick some people use for competitions, is cut out all carbs and salt from your diet. Carbs at night time become fat, and salt retains water in your body. So if you cut out carbs and salt, you will look cut and toned. And yeah, drink plenty of water, the more water you drink, less water your body will retain. Good luck!

depends on your current size…. if you are already fairly thin, do cardio. if not, good luck in 1 week and if you succeed, let me know how, lol. but yeah, cardio like running or tae bo would be great for this. good luck and have fun on your vacation!!!

cut out liquids, the only thing you can loose in one week is water weight. If you don’t have a sauna you could cover yourself in plastic bags, then throw on sweats and sit in your car for a couple of hours with the heat on high. I guess that’s a diet. I don’t think it’s possible to loose weight without dieting.
you could always do crunches none stop. then run. you’ll be abe to loose an inches if you combine that with a protein only diet.
Excercise and diet is the key. At least 50 situps and 50 crunches a day.
Cut down your calorie intake, especially fat. Cut out junk foods like fast food, cakes, cookies, fatty and salty foods.
