		<description>Losing weight like that without exercising is just a myth. Just really, stay away from sugars, you will be so shocked at how much weight you will lose with only that cut out. Also, salt doesnt help the body either, it has been known to contribute to belly fat. Just go on a healthy diet of veggies and white meats and fish, with less of the sides and butter. Exercise 3-4 times a week, dont tire yourself out. Running is very good for the tummy and you can look up Palates moves, they have a lot of &#039;core&#039; workouts, add that with some Cardio and you&#039;re set!</description>

		<description>Try crunches, sit ups, leg lifts, bicycle crunches and side crunches everyday.  It should tone you up in about 3 months so don&#039;t procrastinate.  In case you don&#039;t know, crunches are lifting up your shoulder blades four inches from the floor; sit ups are bringing your chest up to your knees; leg lifts are holding your legs up 2 inches off the floor and raising them to two or three feet and then bringing them down without letting them touch the floor; bicycle crunches are bringing your knee to your opposite elbow and side crunches are reaching one arm to the ankle.
