how can i get a flat tummy and smaller hips just 2 weeks?
i dont want any information on how to get abs.. i just want info on how to get a FLAT tummy and smaller hips. My tummy is flabby and my hips a sort of big. i want exercise routines that i can do in my house and outside. i dont want people saying i have to go to the jym. it is summer and i am going to the beach with my friends and i want to go with a nice flat tummy so my friends wont laugh.
we have the same problem in the same places so this is what i gonna do starting tommarow
9:00-eat cereal with skim milk and a fruit and some sunny d
10:00-do some streches (it will make you look more tone)
10:10-100 crunches 300 jumping jacks 35 squats
11:00-400 jumpropes (do 100 then rest them so on )
11:30-1 fat free yogurt with added fruit to it and a garnola bar and a cup of sunny d
12:00-do anything
1:00-100 crunches 300 jumping jacks 35 squats
2:00-400 jumpropes
3:00do any thing
4:00-35 squats and 50 crunches
5:00-lean meat with a cup of rice

Hip size is controled my bones they are what they are. Work on learning to love yourself.
